The staff at Vertu MG Carlisle were good because they explained details of the vehicle - I had never driven an electric vehicle prevously and on test drive I was not rushed and allowed to explore the operation of the vehicle. On every occasion I have had occasion to visit Vertu, Carlisle all staff have been friendly and helpful
